The challenge
A volunteer-run library was spending most of its staffing hours on manual check-in/out, leaving little time for events and members.
Our approach
We installed RFID readers and tagged the collection, then built lightweight management software with a member database and self-service kiosks. Everything syncs across both branches in real time.
The outcome
Most checkouts are now self-service, freeing volunteers for the work that actually matters. We monitor the devices remotely and ship firmware updates as part of a device care plan.
